Firstly, this jar of honey is super cute. The design on the jar is very appealing and I love that it comes with a honey stick. It tastes great! We haven't used it a ton yet, but I drizzled it on breaded chicken chunks from the air fryer and it was delicious! I grew up dipping fast food nuggets in honey, and this is like the bougie adult version of that, so delish!

This is some good honey, so good I want to try more varieties as soon as we polish off this jar. I grew up with a small beehive and all the fresh pure honey I could ask for and this is some good honey. So I don't take that lightly either. It has a good amount of sweetness and no grit with a clean, smooth texture. The sweetness balances nicely with the perfect amount of heat. It is not too hot and builds as you eat without going overboard to a mouth burning zone. It doesn't shy away from the heat, but it is actually still sweet enough to use as a fun way to kick up some unique flavor in typical sweet honey applications, like cereals or sweeter teas. This has become my new go-to for topping English muffins as well as shrimp and veggie rice bowls. The value for the size and quality is a bargain really and it came with bonus stickers and a cute little honey stick.

Amazing Hot Honey! I’ve tried others and this is the absolute best, hands down. The hot honey is the perfect amount of sweet honey and heat. It has some good kick too it but not too much. It’s a nice added bonus to anything you might want to spice up a bit. I just made some smoked chicken wings using this as a glaze and the whole family couldn’t get enough. Would buy over and over again. 8 million stars!

Woah, very spicy. Taste is good, but have to admit that it is a little too spicy for me. The spiciness overwhelms the natural aroma of honey. Also the texture is very granular, and less smooth and viscous. It is also more fluid than pure honey, like it has been slightly diluted. This is better used as a sweet hot sauce, rather than a spicy honey. It does work on fried foods and some fruit flavored herbal teas.

This is delicious creamed honey. It is very smooth and quite light. There was no graininess to it at all. It is quite light in color too, appearing almost white. It spreads very easily. I've mainly been eating it with a spoon, right out of the jar. It is a little on the pricey side for the quantity provided, but it is very good creamed honey.

From the moment you open this package, you really feel the time and effort this company took to ensure you have an amazing experience as a consumer! It comes in a well-wrapped box and they include information on the honey as well as stickers from their company. They even include the honey dipper if you’d like to use it to get the honey out, which is thoughtful and an unexpected inclusion.I love hot honey, and I’ve been using Mike’s for years. My one complaint is that it really has no spice. Well, I can’t say the same for this hot honey! It definitely has a very nice level of spice to it, and you feel it almost instantly. So, it’s a 10/10 on the spice level for sure.
