The Honey Hunt is our search for singular raw honey, sourced one state at a time. Single-origin harvests from independent beekeepers, bottled as Limited Harvest drops — because honey from a Colorado alfalfa field shouldn't taste like honey from anywhere else.

Raw honey with the fingerprint of a place
Most honey on a grocery shelf is blended from many harvests into one flavor, engineered to taste the same forever. We think that erases the best part.
Honey carries the fingerprint of where it was made — the bloom, the soil, the season, the beekeeper's judgment. So the Honey Hunt works one state at a time: we find real beekeepers doing careful work, take small single-origin harvests, and bottle them raw and unfiltered, one origin to a jar. When a state's honey is gone, it's gone until the next harvest.
Fifty states means fifty honeys that each taste like somewhere. That's the hunt.

About the Hunt
What is the Honey Hunt?
Our long-game project to source remarkable raw honey from all fifty states — one state, one beekeeper, one small single-origin harvest at a time. Each state's honey is bottled on its own, so it keeps the flavor of the place it came from.
When is the next state coming?
When the right harvest is ready — good honey doesn't run on a content calendar. New state drops are announced to the mailing list first, so the list is the earliest and most reliable way to catch one before it sells through.
Can I suggest a beekeeper or farm?
